What we are

Perfect Property Match is a free advertising platform. We are not an estate agent, letting agent, lender, adviser or party to any transaction. We do not verify ownership, condition, title or the accuracy of any listing, though we check listings before publication and remove those that appear false or unlawful.

Listing

By listing you confirm you are the owner or authorised by the owner, that the details and photos are accurate and yours to use, that the property is genuinely available, and that you will update or remove the listing when it is sold, let or withdrawn. Listings run for 90 days unless renewed. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion and without notice, particularly anything misleading, duplicated, commercial spam or unlawful. Agents and developers are welcome but must say so.

Buyers

You deal with sellers directly and at your own risk. View in person, never pay anything except through a solicitor, and take legal advice. We are not responsible for any loss arising from a listing or a transaction.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no bulk messaging of sellers, no false enquiries, no harassment. We log IP addresses and will block and report abuse.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing.
